We recommend 4 screens for a nice professional setup. You put menu on 3 screens and you keep 1 screen for promotions, advertisements.
Some owners put a static menu on the 3 screens but some put animations as well. Since menu changes in most restaurants according to breakfast, lunch and dinner time so they schedule those menus to be displayed at respective time.
